You are a strategic thinker, operational builder, and people-first manager.
You will bring:,A tertiary qualification in commerce, accounting, business, or a related field, along with CPA or CA certification.
An MBA or equivalent strategic training is a strong advantageProven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within e-commerce, fashion, or retailA background in founder-led or entrepreneurial environments, with hands-on experience scaling a businessA strong systems mindset, with a passion for designing and improving tools, processes, and platformsThe ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on involvement in day-to-day operationsHigh emotional intelligence and strong leadership skills that bring out the best in your teamA commercial mindset and the confidence to challenge, question, and drive performance across departmentsExperience managing banking relationships, external advisors, and capital planningExposure to international expansion or omnichannel strategies is highly regardedWhy Beginning Boutique?
