About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Showroom Manager to lead our flagship Woodcut & Signorino showroom in Unley. If you’re passionate about interiors, thrive in a high-end retail setting, and excel in team leadership, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
Reporting to the Residential Sales Director, you’ll manage daily operations, drive sales performance, and deliver a premium customer experience. You’ll lead a dynamic team, implement strategic sales initiatives, and ensure the showroom consistently reflects our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing showroom team
* Drive sales and consistently meet KPIs
* Deliver exceptional customer service and deep product knowledge
* Maintain showroom standards, inventory, and procurement
* Oversee rostering, team performance, and CRM management
* Collaborate with leadership to align showroom strategy with business objectives
About You
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail or sales management, ideally in architectural or design-related products
* Proven leadership and team development skills
* Confident with sales data, reporting, and CRM systems
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* High attention to detail and an appreciation for luxury interiors
* Tech-savvy with advanced Microsoft Office skills
