Your role at St John of God Ballarat Hospital
You will provide comprehensive secretarial/administrative support to Executive and other designated personnel as required.
The Position
- Greet visitors, manage phone calls, knowledge of executive staff movements and commitments
- Secretarial support to the Hospital Management Committee (including electronic calendar arrangements, phone calls, filing, liaise with clients and direct reports, scheduling of regular meetings, the taking and typing of meeting minutes, etc.)
- Coordinate the use of all Meeting Rooms, fleet cars bookings and IT equipment.
- Assistance with the organisation of corporate functions and other major hospital functions
- Ordering from SJGHC web based systems (brochures, labels, SJOG printed stationary etc.)
- Travel arrangements for management and other key hospital staff (including booking flights, accommodation, hire cars, conference registration etc.)
- Provision of secretarial support and other activities as required to the following committees:
- Hospital Management Committee
- Medical Advisory Committee
- Senior Staff Forum
- Occupational Health & Safety Committee
You will have well developed organisational skills, exceptional cutomer service skills and proficiency in Microsoft programs Word, Excel Powerpoint and Publisher.

- Salary $67,353 to $$69,011 plus 11% Superannuation
- Permanent full time position working 76 hours a fortnight
