About the role
Working in a fun and lively environment, The Superstar Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guests' rooms and performed consistently, in line with operational standards.
Responsibilities
Daily cleaning procedures as directed according to Doma Hotels standards
Report any damaged equipment/possible hazards to management/maintenance
Handle lost property in accordance with the hotel procedures
Respond to cleaning requests in a courteous and timely manner
Transfer guest luggage to & from rooms
Compliance and active participation of WHS practices ensuring a clean and safe working environment
Adhere to all environmental policies and programs as required
Our Team observes and practices all security procedures for guest property and the hotel premises; therefore, this role must hold a current (obtained within 6-mths of employment) National Criminal History Check Certificate
What you will bring
At Doma hotels, we constantly strive to find exceptional individuals who contribute to our team's success. A keen eye for detail, with ability to work effectively under pressure. Naturally, your previous experience within a luxury hospitality setting, will come highly regarded. As will the following:
Positive, genuine, friendly and team focused attitude
Previous cleaning experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
Physically fit and capable of manual handling and lifting
Take pride in what you do and be open to feedback
High level of personal presentation and grooming
Flexibility to work varied hours - Monday, Wednesday and Friday required
Current Police Check Certificate
