What you’ll do
- Prospect and generate new property management listings.
- Conduct rental property appraisals and follow up leads within 24 hours.
- Build and maintain a strong database of clients and contacts.
- Work closely with the Leasing Consultant to prepare marketing campaigns and conduct open homes.
- Ensure new managements are accurately set up in our systems before handover.
- Provide exceptional client service that reflects our 6-star standard.
- Represent and live the Values – excellence, integrity, respect, innovation, and community.
What we’re looking for
- A motivated self-starter with proven business development, property management or sales experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational and time management ability.
- Current Certificate of Registration (or Real Estate Licence) with CPD compliance.
- Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle with full comprehensive insurance.
- Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and relevant legislation.
- A true team player with a positive, professional attitude.
Key Performance Expectations
- Achieve agreed targets and commission guidelines.
- Submit weekly performance reports.
- Bring on 8-10 new managements a month
- Deliver results with urgency while maintaining attention to detail.
