Job Title: Financial Operations Lead
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure timely financial reporting and strong cash control.
* Lead and mentor the accounts receivable team, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and collections.
* Prepare and review weekly/monthly cash flow forecasts and variance analysis.
* Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and ledger closures.
* Manage AR performance metrics, including debtor days, dispute resolution, and bad debt write-offs.
* Drive system and process improvements in AR and treasury functions.
* Ensure compliance with audit, safety, and regulatory requirements.
* Build internal and external stakeholder satisfaction through clear communication.
Requirements:
* 5+ years experience in a similar role.
* Strong skills in treasury management, forecasting, and cash flow reporting.
* Proven leadership experience with small finance teams.
* High accuracy in financial data, reconciliations, and reporting.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong understanding of AR best practices and credit control.
* Familiarity with compliance, audit preparation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
