**Kip Hobart - Manager**
Kip is looking for a passionate, pet-person to join the team as the Manager of Kip Hobart. Build your career doing something you love, in a unique and dynamic industry in pet services.
As the Manager at Kip Hobart, you will be responsible for driving growth in the business, building the team and providing a high level of care to our canine guests. As a leader in our organisation, you will need to embody our core values of transparency, trust and care.
The role will be a full-time, permanent role. Hours vary between 7.15am-6pm Monday to Friday.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Working in the day-to-day operations of our facility
- Liaising with customers, answer enquiries and manage bookings
- Delivering a high level of customer service and quality of care
- Lead, motivate and coach a high performing team
- Maintain social media page and field enquiries
- Staff training and guidance, in line with company policy
- Regular assessment of property needs including maintenance
- Monthly Inventory management
- Responsible for acting and investigating any animal health concerns
Experience and Skills:
- Experience handling various temperaments of dogs
- Competent with computer systems
- Excellent communication skills and experience in customer service
- Passion for problem solving and high attention to detail
- A can-do attitude, initiative to get extra work done
- Quick learner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a cool head under pressure
- Having great time management, and commitment to deliver quality in work output
Key Requirements:
- Must have experience in leadership
- Paid experience working with dogs will be looked upon favourably
- Must be able to demonstrate ability to socialise dogs of all breeds
- Certificate II in Animal Studies will be looked upon favourably
