Your Role
In this role, you\'ll deliver person-centred, high-quality care to elderly residents. You will:
* Provide safe, evidence-based clinical care within your RN scope
* Lead and support personal care workers in day-to-day care
* Coordinate with GPs and allied health providers
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation, care plans, and assessments
* Participate in the AN-ACC funding process
* Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance resident outcomes

What we\'re looking for
* AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Recent RN graduate with aged care experience (PCA or similar)
* Commitment to aged care and resident wellbeing
* Confidence working within a multidisciplinary team
* Willingness to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and nights
* Current National Police Check or willingness to obtain
