About the Position
* Draft legal documents and prepare evidence for commercial disputes
* Advise clients and appear in mediations and court proceedings
* Lead business development and mentor junior lawyers
About You
* Law degree (LLB or equivalent) and admission to practice law in Australia or New Zealand
* Minimum 4 years' PQE gained within the Litigation/Dispute Resolution team of a leading private practice firm
* Strong advocacy, negotiation, and written communication skills
