The Iconic Margs Bakery is on the hunt for a Bread Baker to work alongside our Head Baker and Production Manager. A fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to further their knowledge and career in baking in a booming coastal town.
We are looking for candidates with:
* A demonstrated passion for creating quality Sourdough bread
* Experience working in a team
* Experience in preparation, service, and kitchen management
* Prior experience in volume bakery environments
* Formal trade qualifications in commercial cooking or equivalent
* Excellent communication skills
* HACCP experience is desirable, with a high emphasis on food hygiene
Main Duties:
* Mixing Doughs
* Shaping Sourdough
* Operating a three level bread oven
* Rolling and mixing croissant dough
* Stock control
* An understanding of the fermentation process of sourdough and croissant Dough.

Hours of Work:
* 4am - 12pm 5 days per week. ($85k Pro Rata)
