As our new Operations Manager, you will :
- Lead with purpose – mentor teams and empower Centre Managers to reach their full potential.
- Develop and execute strategic plans tailored to each service, driving operational excellence and growth.
- Strengthen family and community connections through effective communication and CRM engagement.
- Oversee service performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
- Champion strong leadership and team engagement strategies across multiple locations.
- Monitor centre maintenance and liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and high-quality standards.
- Conduct regular audits to uphold compliance, best practice, and continuous improvement across all centres.
What You’ll Bring
- Diploma, Bachelor, or equivalent qualification in Early Childhood.
- Compassionate leadership style with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Proven multi-site management experience.
- Strong knowledge of the NQF and EYLF.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
- Previous experience in budgeting and workforce planning.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Kidsoft, CCSS, ISS, and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of legislation across QLD, NSW, SA, and VIC.
- Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications.
- Valid Police Check and WWCC.
