I'm partnering with a growing enterprise SaaS business looking to appoint a Commercial & Legal Manager to support the negotiation, structuring and execution of complex enterprise agreements.

This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, contracts, pricing and enterprise deal execution.

It's not a traditional legal counsel role and it's not a finance position.

Instead, we're looking for someone who can partner with Sales and Leadership teams to negotiate commercially sensible outcomes while balancing risk, customer requirements and revenue objectives.

The Role

You will play a key role in supporting enterprise sales activity, helping structure and negotiate agreements with large corporate and regulated customers.

Responsibilities include:

* Leading commercial negotiations across enterprise SaaS agreements
* Reviewing and negotiating MSAs, customer contracts and commercial schedules
* Assessing contractual and commercial risk
* Managing procurement and legal stakeholder discussions
* Structuring practical commercial outcomes that support revenue growth
* Advising leadership on deal strategy and negotiation approach
* Supporting pricing, commercial modelling and non-standard deal structures
* Working closely with Sales, Product, Finance and external legal advisors
* Developing commercial frameworks and contract governance processes
* Helping drive deals to completion while protecting business interests

About You

You will likely come from a background in:

* Commercial Contracts
* Strategic Deals
* Deal Desk
* Commercial Management
* Contract Negotiations

You will bring

* Experience negotiating enterprise customer agreements
* Strong commercial judgement
* An understanding of contractual risk and liability
* Experience dealing with procurement and legal teams
* The ability to balance commercial outcomes with risk management
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
* A pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
