We're looking for a YouTube Content Creator who has walked the walk. You've been on the client side of construction or project management — maybe as a project controls engineer, project manager, quantity surveyor, cost manager, or scheduler — and now you want to channel that hard-won experience into content that educates, entertains, and grows an engaged audience.
This isn't a role for a generic video producer. We need someone who understands the pain of a misaligned baseline schedule, the politics of a client variation claim, or the challenge of getting a PMO to adopt new technology. Your content will be credible because you've lived it.

What You'll Do
* Develop and own the Mastt YouTube channel strategy — build a content calendar targeting project/real estate owners and client-side project professionals in the construction industry.
* Write, present, and produce video content covering topics like cost management, earned value, project scheduling, risk registers, contract administration, and portfolio reporting.
* Create a mix of formats including explainer videos, industry commentary, software walkthroughs, interviews with practitioners, "day in the life" vlogs, and thought leadership pieces.
* Translate complex project controls concepts into accessible, engaging content that resonates with both seasoned PMs and those earlier in their careers.
* Collaborate with the product and customer success teams to identify trending questions, pain points, and feature stories worth telling.
* Optimise content for discovery — titles, thumbnails, descriptions, tags, and YouTube SEO best practices.
* Engage with the community by responding to comments, building relationships with other construction/PM creators, and growing our subscriber base.
* Track channel analytics and iterate on content strategy based on what's working.
* Repurpose long-form video into clips for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms as appropriate.
You'll Bring - Essentials
* Genuine industry experience in construction, infrastructure, or project management — ideally on the client/owner side or experience in real estate development
* Strong understanding of project controls disciplines such as cost management, scheduling (P6, MS Project), risk management and reporting.
* Confident and natural on camera — you can explain an S-curve or a cash flow forecast in a way that keeps people watching.
* Proven ability to create video content (YouTube channel, podcast, LinkedIn video, or similar) — show us your portfolio.
* Excellent storytelling and communication skills — you can turn a dry topic into a compelling narrative.
* Self-starter mentality — comfortable working autonomously with the drive to build something from the ground up.
* Experience with video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
* Familiarity with YouTube analytics, SEO, and growth strategies.
* Existing personal brand or following in the construction/project management space.
* Experience with Mastt or comparable project controls platforms (e.g., Procore, Oracle Primavera, Aconex, or similar).
* Qualifications in project management, construction management, quantity surveying, or engineering.
