We're looking for someone with:
- Minimum 1+ years of previous experience operating process or packaging equipment in food manufacturing (or similar).
- Forklift license and recent experience is preferable.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, food safety and consistent execution of SOPs.
- Practical mechanical aptitude and the confidence to perform set‑ups, adjustments and basic troubleshooting within operator scope.
