About the Role: We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive part-time Group Planning Administrator to join our team. You’ll support the planning and delivery of group programs, working closely with our Group Planner & Coordinator to ensure every camp and guest experience runs smoothly. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your administration and coordination skills in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
What You’ll Do:
· Assist with pre-camp planning, including entering group bookings, schedules, and activity details
· Support communication with group organisers and internal teams
· Maintain accurate records of off-site activities, transport, and dietary requirements
· Help prepare detailed run sheets and logistical documents for each group
· Follow up with providers and internal teams to ensure bookings and arrangements are confirmed
· Contribute to the smooth on-site delivery of programs by keeping information and documentation up to date
What We’re Looking For:
· Organized, reliable, and proactive with strong attention to detail
· Friendly, cooperative, and enjoys working in a team
· Comfortable using computer systems and online platforms for scheduling and record-keeping
· Available to work part-time
Essential:
· Victorian Employee Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
