**About the role**:
As the Assistant Store Manager you will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of day-to-day operations. You will support your team through coaching and development in order to achieve results of a high standard, all whilst leading by example to inspire others.

- Must have proven leadership capabilities
- Proven track record achieving targets and KPI's
- Exceptional customer service standards
- Have a love for all things furnishing / lifestyle /home /interior and design
- Be able to direct, support, inspire and motivate staff
