Senior Media Role
The Senior Media position is a key leadership role responsible for elevating the RACV brand through strategic storytelling and effective media management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic communication plans to safeguard and strengthen the company's reputation nationally and across Victoria.
Oversee day-to-day media operations, monitoring the media landscape and coordinating spokesperson briefings.
Build and maintain relationships with journalists and editors, handling sensitive communications and monitoring media coverage.
Support proactive communication plans and lead tactical response efforts during reputational issues.
Contribute to crisis response communications and collaborate effectively within the communications team.

Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an engaging and concise manner.
