Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Ensure customers have a positive experience, addressing complaints, resolving issues, and answering questions.
Operations Management: Oversee day‑to‑day branch operations, ensuring compliance with banking regulations and policies, managing cash flow, maintaining accurate records, and supervising staff.
Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to grow the bank’s business, identify and pursue new opportunities, build relationships with customers, and develop marketing and sales campaigns.
Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise branch staff; ensure employees are properly trained, motivated, and performing their duties effectively, conduct performance conversations, and provide coaching and feedback.
