Synopsis
We are seeking a Customer Experience (CX) Agent who will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer interactions for Land Services SA (LSSA) customers. Within this role, you will provide high‐quality service in a dynamic, fast‐paced environment, engaging with a range of customers through face‐to‐face interactions, over the phone and through written communication. You will build strong rapport with customers, delivering accurate and timely information and ensuring the highest level of customer experience is maintained.
Responsibilities
* Respond to variety of call centre enquiries, providing accurate advice to resolve enquiries as a first point of contact.
* Support LSSA's Complaints Handling process by resolving customer complaints.
* Maintain key customer reporting systems, ensuring accurate collection of customer enquiry information to enable trend analysis and continuous service improvement.
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and compliance is maintained, by building and fostering strong relationships with customers, and ensuring work quality and service delivery standards are met.
* Undertake a range of administrative tasks as directed. This includes, but is not limited to filing, scanning, mail management, and data entry.
Key Competencies
* Proven Customer Service Skills to provide a first‐class Customer Service experience to our Customers
* Strong organisational and time management skills including the ability to manage competing and/or changing priorities
* Proven team‐oriented approach to work, with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
* Demonstrated initiative, with a proactive approach to work and willingness to undertake tasks outside of core remit.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and experience using databases and online systems.
