Retail Team Members Wanted
Casual | Permanent Part-Time | Full-Time
We are opening the doors to new team members at Oxley & Moss and we're being very intentional about who we invite in.
Our store is fast-paced, high-energy and incredibly rewarding, but it's not entry-level retail. Because of this, we're only considering applicants who genuinely thrive in a busy retail environment and bring experience, initiative and pride in their work.
This role is for you if you:
* Have previous retail experience (supervisor or management experience is highly regarded)
* Are available to work weekends (we share the load but this is non-negotiable)
* Have exceptional attention to detail, from visual standards to customer experience
* Are confident using technology, with Shopify experience preferred
* Have knowledge of, or genuine interest in, the brands we stock
* Stay calm, capable and kind under pressure
* Take initiative, communicate clearly and are results driven
* Equally enjoy working autonomously as well as part of a team
* Care deeply about creating a beautiful, welcoming in-store experience
Bonus points if you bring skills in:
* Visual merchandising
* Marketing, social medial or content creation
* E-commerce or back-of-house operations
