Westmead Centre for Oral Health is a flagship facility within Western Sydney Local Health District, delivering general and specialist dental services to communities across NSW. As a key teaching site for the University of Sydney’s Faculty of Dentistry, the Centre blends clinical excellence, education and innovation in patient care. What you’ll be doing In this vital frontline role, you’ll provide high-quality administrative and reception support to clinical teams, ensuring patients experience efficient, respectful and well-coordinated care.
* Manage patient registration, appointments and dental/medical records
* Coordinate referrals, waiting lists and data entry using NSW Health systems
* Communicate effectively with patients, carers, clinicians and interpreters
* Support patient enquiries and assist with complaint management
* Contribute to team meetings, training and service improvements across clinics

Administration experience in a Dental or Medical environment.
* Demonstrated computer skills with experience in database/patient management systems.
* Proven commitment to the provision of quality customer service.

* Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to interact with a range of individuals.
