Key Responsibilities:
* Administer and manage Microsoft EntraID (Azure AD) including user provisioning, group policies, and access controls.
* Manage and maintain device fleet through Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM policies, application deployment, compliance monitoring).
* Provide day-to-day technical support to staff across the organization.
* Manage and troubleshoot Windows devices and ensure they're properly configured and secured.
* Administer Microsoft 365 services and other cloud-based tools.
* Maintain IT documentation and standard operating procedures.
* Monitor system health and proactively address potential issues.
* Support onboarding and off-boarding processes from an IT perspective.
* Assist with internal software development and automation projects as opportunities arise.
