* Provide strategic leadership to plan, deliver, and maintain transport and infrastructure assets in a safe, sustainable, and efficient manner.
* Drive innovation, resilience, and continuous improvement across asset management, capital works, road maintenance, and design services.
* Lead and manage the Transport Department covering asset management, capital works, engineering, design, survey, road corridor operations, maintenance, and construction.
About You:
* Tertiary qualifications in engineering, business, or a related field.
* Significant management experience relevant to the position.
* Demonstrated high-level communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
