PLEASE NOTE - This role is either Salary + commission or commission only (commissions paid weekly). OTE of this role sits between $150,000 - $220,000 per annum.

About the Role

This is not a traditional sales role, and if your background is purely scripted, transactional selling, this won't be the right fit.

Creative Edge Australia is seeking sharp, articulate professionals to join our Verification & Partner Assessment Team. You will be the first and most important point of contact for businesses applying to become preferred suppliers across our national platforms.

Your role is to qualify, vet, and assess businesses, asking the right questions, controlling the conversation, and determining whether they are genuinely suitable to be introduced to decision-makers across education, early learning, health, and aged care.

You'll operate with authority and confidence, balancing professionalism with commercial awareness. This role requires critical thinking, strong judgment, and the ability to uncover what truly matters beneath surface-level answers.

This is a fast-paced, high-trust role where you'll research prospects, source leads creatively, prepare tailored call strategies, and build urgency where appropriate, all without relying on rigid scripts.

Drive & accountability – uncapped commission rewards effort and results

B2B phone experience – preferred but not essential

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Strong organisation & time management

Intermediate computer skills – CRM, Google Suite, and new tools

Professional presentation and conduct

4-day working week: Monday–Thursday, 8:20am–4:30pm
