Key responsibilities:
- Deliver nursing assessments, medication management, and care planning
- Support residents with complex health needs including dementia and palliative care
- Work closely with Indigenous Liaison Officers to ensure culturally appropriate practice
- Mentor and support Enrolled Nurses and Care Workers
- Contribute to quality and accreditation standards
About you
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in aged care and Indigenous health essential
- Strong clinical skills and cultural awareness
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Flexibility to work across a rotating roster
