About the traineeship
ARCway Careers offers entry-level traineeships designed for motivated individuals who want to gain hands-on workplace experience while completing a nationally recognised qualification.
Opportunities are available across a variety of industries including legal, finance, insurance and more.
Your role may include:
Delivering excellent customer service via phone, email or face-to-face
Performing general administration and office support tasks
Assisting teams with day-to-day operations
Updating and maintaining business systems

A 12-month full-time paid traineeship (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
Fee-Free Nationally recognised Certificate III (Online delivery)
Practical hands-on industry experience

Eligibility criteria
You must be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident
Previous completion of a Certificate III or higher qualification may affect eligibility
Must be available to work full time hours (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM) for 12 months
