About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Sales Support Officer to support customer service and sales administration based at our Kilmore head office. This is a hands-on role combining customer service, sales support, and account coordination, ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with customers while contributing to sales growth.
You will be the key link between customers, sales, and operations, ensuring a smooth order process while identifying opportunities to add value. This role is best suited to candidates located within a reasonable commuting distance of Kilmore, VIC.
Key Responsibilities
* Handling customer enquiries via various sales channels
* Processing customer orders in ERP/CRM systems
* Providing product info, pricing, and order information to customers
* Maintaining accurate customer data and order records
* Identifying opportunities to add value and support customer purchasing decisions
* Liaising and collaborating with warehouse and logistics teams
About You
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Minimum 1-2 years of sales support, customer service experience required
* Proficient computer skills, experience with ERP/CRM systems and MS Office
* Current Australian driver's licence
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Have problem solving and conflict resolution skills
* Must be an Australian citizen or Permanent resident
* Willing to travel within Victoria or interstate when required
