About The Role
We are seeking a Property Manager to join our team on a Full-Time basis. Our Property Managers oversee a portfolio of properties and drive growth through client relationships and new opportunities.
Your understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation and industry experience in the local area will help you build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.
Responsibilities include:
* Building and maintaining client relationships
* Cultivating new opportunities for existing clients
* Carrying out routine property inspections
* Debtor management
* Preparing documents for landlords and tenants
* Collaborating with the team to explore new opportunities
About You
To be successful, you will have:
* An understanding of Residential Tenancy Legislation
* A current driver's license
* Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills
* A keen eye for detail
* The ability to work as part of a team
