Ageing is something that effects us all - and we're on a mission to reverse its negative effects. How? We're doing it by offering a unique lineup of nutritional supplements that help reverse the biological ageing process and prevent age-related issues (think increased blood pressure, metabolic dysfunction, declining energy levels).
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a marketing manager position. Based in Cremorne, VIC, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing brand and performance led marketing initiatives.
You will have ALL the resources you need to help craft the brand and deliver exceptional marketing results. You'll have no crippling bureaucratic structure (corporate, anyone?), and be working with a chill but driven marketing team that actually gets things done and has fun doing it.
The role allows for some remote work, but requires on-site attendance as needed (3 days a week in office, 2 days from home).
Core Skills
* Proven record to manage a multi functional in-house marketing department (paid + brand side)
* Ability to own the visual identity, tone of voice and consistency across comms
* High capacity to generate organic PR and intuitive brand collaborations
* Manage agency partners across organic PR and influencer based initiatives
* Lead campaigns from concept, prioritisation, implementation and measurement tracking
* Experience in delivering memorable events from conception to last social share
* Capacity to connect to commercial objectives analytically and demonstrate performance outcomes
* Bonus: Experience with traditional marketing channels is welcome

Salary
This role will be compensated at $130-170k+ depending on experience.
