Youth Diversion Program Coordinator
At the heart of our organization is a commitment to providing innovative and effective solutions for young people in need. As a Youth Diversion Program Coordinator, you will play a critical role in delivering a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive youth diversion program.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work collaboratively with Department of Corrections, Youth Justice Officers, NT Police, Courts, Schools, and other local service providers to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment for young people.
* Develop and implement a restorative youth diversion program focusing on bicycle skills, healthy choices, and community connections to empower young people to make positive changes in their lives.
* Maintain accurate and detailed record-keeping and case management notes to track progress and inform future interventions.
* Lead a team of dedicated youth workers to foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
