About the role
Your role will be to:
* Available to work Sunday to Thursday partnering with service one of our referral partners which are one of Australia's leading builders.
* Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their financial goals, preferences, and unique circumstances.
* Analyse and assess clients' financial situations to determine eligibility for various mortgage products.
* Provide clients with detailed information about different mortgage options, explaining terms and conditions in a clear and accessible manner.
* Guide clients through the mortgage application process, collecting necessary documentation and ensuring accuracy.
* Collaborate with lenders to submit complete and compelling loan applications on behalf of clients.
* Negotiate terms and conditions with lenders to secure the most favourable mortgage rates and terms for clients.
* Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure their interests are represented throughout the mortgage approval process.
* Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
* Foster strong relationships with clients, sales consultants, and lenders to build a network for future business.
Selection Criteria
We think our next Mortgage Broker could have any of the following experience:
* Mortgage Broker with at least 2 years' experience and available to work Sunday to Thursday (days off will be Friday and Saturday).
