About you:
* Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
* Proven experience as a Facility Manager / Residential Manager / Director of Nursing or experience in an Acting role
* Strong understanding of ACQS standards, with accreditation success highly regarded
* A confident leader who can mentor, motivate, and inspire teams
* Highly organised with excellent communication and a proactive mindset
