Payroll Officer Needed, Gov Client, 6-Month Contract, Excellent Opportunity Your new company You will be responsible for the endtoend payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of payroll services for the organisation. Working within a supportive HR team, you will manage payroll processing, reporting, and provide advice to internal stakeholders. Your new role Process endtoend payroll including remuneration, leave, terminations and timesheets Complete monthly consolidations, payroll reconciliations and group tax obligations Ensure payroll compliance with legislation and internal policies Perform internal payroll audits and contribute to process improvements Deliver timely payroll advice to staff and managers Maintain accurate payroll reporting and monthly data reconciliations What you'll need to succeed Demonstrated endtoend payroll processing experience Experience using payroll systems Strong payroll reporting capability Background in HR administration High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities Customerfocused approach Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and Word Strong document management capabilities What you'll get in return You will join a supportive and collaborative team within a respected organisation, youll benefit from a role with clear processes, strong leadership support, and an environment that values accuracy, customer service and professionalism.
