The ideal candidate will have business experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to invest in their success.
Responsibilities:
* Sell property and casualty, life insurance, and AAA memberships to a well-defined client base.
* Develop and execute a business plan to drive growth and profitability.
* Manage agency operations, including staff hiring and development.
* Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Requirements:
* Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance Licensing (preferred)
* Business degree or equivalent experience.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to pass background check and credit/financial evaluation.
* Proof of investable capital ($75K).
