We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef to join our team in a Full Time position at Laurieton NSW.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role and relevant qualifications in commercial cookery. They must be able to excel in a high-volume, high-pressure environment and possess effective communication skills with an approachable manner.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing different varieties of cuisine, creating dishes with consistency, and managing cooks and kitchen staff. They will also contribute to menu planning, ensure food safety and OHS requirements, and achieve all safety, hygiene, and food quality standards.
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 a year
