About the Job:
We need a skilled Administrative Officer to join our office team in a full-time permanent position. Responsibilities include:
* General administrative duties
* Accounts Payable/Receivable
* Payroll processing
* Bank recs
* Provide administrative support to other teams
* Reception, filing, data entry and reporting tasks
* Customer service, answering phones, responding to emails etc
* Hourly rate will be discussed based on your skills and experience.
About You:
* You will be a great administrator with good time management skills. In addition, you will have:
* Understanding of Xero or similar SME finance packages
* Customer service focused with friendly disposition
* Understanding/experience in basic finance functions such as AP/AR, payroll, invoicing, Bank rec’s
* Excellent computer skills
* Experience in a construction/manufacturing environment desirable
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
