About the Role:
As our Full-Time Chef de Partie, you will be passionate and creative in your approach to consistently producing high quality dishes that delight our guests. Your flexibility in adapting to special requests will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences that will see guests returning time and time again.
Your role will include (but not limited to):
* Prepare and present foodin accordance with hotel premium standards.
* Supervise, coach and train kitchen team members in conjunction with the Executive Sous Chefand Executive Chef.
* Maintain the highest standards of quality and freshness in both the ingredients and the preparation of meals.
* Maintain impeccable hygiene and kitchen standards in line with HACCP requirements.
* Monitor and control food waste, stock levels, and kitchen resources.
* Assist the Executive Chef to lead the kitchen team and promote a positive working culture at all times.
Qualifications

* An experienced Chef de Partiewith expertise in a similarfast paced operation.
* Creativity for menu development and up-to-date knowledge of current food trends.
* Natural leadership skills that build a culture where everyone feels respected and valued.
* The ability to run your own busy section and remain composed under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills and a professional approach.
* Motivation, energy and drive to exceed expectations.

* Flexibility to work on a rotating roster acrossmornings, evenings and weekends.
