We're seeking a Full-Time Business Manager to support and oversee operations across Burpengary Veterinary Hospital, Wellpets Kallangur and Vet MD (Murrumba DownsVet). This is a hands-on, people-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys building strong teams, improving systems and helping clinics thrive.
About the Role
Working closely with the clinic leaders and veterinary teams, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day and strategic management of the practices, ensuring smooth operations, positive team culture and excellent client experiences.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing clinic operations across all three sites
* Supporting and mentoring leadership and reception teams
* HR and people management (recruitment, onboarding, performance support)
* Rostering, payroll support and leave management
* Financial administration, reporting and budget support
* Improving systems, workflows and compliance
* Supporting growth, efficiency and team wellbeing
About You
* Previous experience as a Practice Manager, Business Manager or similar leadership role (veterinary or healthcare experience highly regarded)
* Strong organisational and problem‐solving skills
* Confident communicator with a collaborative leadership style
* Comfortable working across multiple sites
* Passionate about team culture, efficiency and client service
