Job Summary
The Fabric Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on various equipment and assets in the offshore environment. This includes but is not limited to abrasive blasting, painting, and high-pressure water jetting.
About the Role
* This role requires working a 3:3 roster with 12-hour days.
Mandatory Requirements
* An Industrial Painter Trade Qualification.
* UHP Assistant Operator Certification (MSMWJ202).
* Rope Access Level 1 with over 500 hours or held for at least 6 months with ongoing works off ropes.
* Offshore experience in UHP Water Jetting, Power Tool Cleaning, Abrasive Blasting & Painting from decks and off ropes.
* A Medical Certificate of Fitness for Offshore Work.
* BOSIET & CAEBS Certification.
* Confined Space Training.
* Working at Heights Training.
Desirable Requirements
* High-Pressure Water Jetting System Operation (MSMSS00018 - Highly Desired).
* STOPAQ Application Training.
* Humidur Training.
* AMPP Certifications (formerly NACE).
