St Philip's Christian College is seeking an Instructional Leader to provide coaching and instructional leadership.
Responsibilities:
* Coach and mentor teachers to improve learning and achievement for students
* Develop and implement initiatives to enhance curriculum, instruction, assessment, and feedback
* Collaborate with teachers to create programs of work that optimize student agency and success
* Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with NESA standards
* Integrate the Christian Worldview into teaching practice
Requirements:
* Accredited teaching degree as recognized by NESA
* Proven experience and expertise in subject-specific syllabi
* Positive classroom management skills and a desire to support and disciple students
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead and support team members
* Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
Other Valuable Skills:
* Leadership experience in a similar role
* Administrative skills, including proficiency in NSW Curriculum documentation and reporting
