Job Description:
We are seeking skilled Auto Electricians to join our team across various sites. This role involves working on heavy mobile equipment, offering opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine maintenance tasks as per manufacturers' requirements.
* Diagnostics and repairs of plant and equipment, including trucks, drill rigs, and generators.
* Maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of hydraulic components.
* Dismantling, repairing, and reassembling engines, transmissions, steering columns, and other components.
* Diagnosis and repair of heavy vehicle fuel systems.
* Testing repaired parts for performance.
* Utilizing computers and specialized tools to diagnose and repair faults.
* Inspecting vehicles and machinery for potential issues.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position.
* CURRENT AND VALID Refrigeration Handling Licence or Air Conditioning ticket.
* Experience working on CAT, Komatsu, and Hitachi is highly advantageous.
* Able to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
* National Police Clearance (Less than 6 months old).
* Committed to maintaining a safe working environment.
* Capable/willing to work shift work, including overtime as required.
