Melbourne, Vic Join an established provider of Aged Care Services Make a real difference to the lives older people Reap the rewards with optimum salary packaging benefits About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Client Coordinator to join our dynamic Community Services and Wellbeing Division. You will be an integral part of the well established Home Care Team, ensuring Home Care consumers receive optimal service delivery and care in the community. This role will work on a rotating roster during business hours of 7am-5pm Monday-Friday. The position is based at our Moubray Street Melbourne office and working from home. Key responsibilities are: Coordinate services within consumer budgets Ensure services are scheduled to meet consumer needs and preferences Provide customer service excellence Key Requirements Excellent customer service and attention to detail Strong rostering/scheduling experience Ability to work after-hours on call Work independently and support the team Outstanding problem-solving ability with a ‘can do’ attitude Community Aged Care knowledge Comfortable learning new computer systems Highly developed computer skills, MS Office and database Desirable but not required Second language Experience using Healthmetrics eCase PHC Certificate in a community, aged care or front-line services discipline At Royal Freemasons, we offer our staff Warm and friendly team environment where your ideas and contributions are valued Salary Packaging - as a Not-for-Profit organisation we provide the ability for our staff to salary package up to $15,900 per annum of your salary plus relevant salary packaging fees which significantly increases the take home value of your remuneration package. Additionally, you can salary package meals, entertainment and facility hire expenses including holiday accommodation up to a maximum of $2,650 per annum.
