Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in delivering high-quality services to children and their families. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessments, developing intervention plans, and implementing evidence-based therapies to support clients' goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide individualized speech language pathology services to children and adults with communication disorders
* Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop targeted intervention plans
* Implement evidence-based therapies, including behavioral and cognitive approaches, to support clients' progress
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including occupational therapists, psychologists, and educators, to ensure holistic service delivery
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and therapy sessions
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent qualification
* Provisional or full certification from the relevant professional association
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
