Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop electrical systems from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to meet project objectives.
* Prepare estimates and provide technical design support during tender processes.
* Drive continuous improvement and support internal systems development.
Experience:
* HV competence, including primary and secondary designs, T&D
* Cable sizing
* Understanding and experience with Earthing systems and earth grid designs
* Understanding and experience with Lighting systems and Lightning protection
* CPEng and RPEQ or working towards
* Leadership, mentor junior engineers, problem solving ability
* Design of electrical systems
What We're Looking For:
* Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical).
* Skills: Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication abilities.
* Experience: Proficiency in tools/software for design
* Attributes: Accountability, initiative, and a results-driven mindset.
* Essential: Driver's licence and willingness to travel interstate as required.
