Due tosignificant and sustained growth, we are seeking experienced SeniorClinical Psychologists to provide leadership and coordination for aspecialised clinical portfolio:
* Acute & Medi Hotel (including breastcancer, complex pain, endocrinology, ENT head & neck cancer,paediatric, obstetric, neonatology, advanced organ transplantservices, Medi Hotel)
* Rehabilitation & Aged Care (StateRehabilitation Service, State Adult Burns Service, Aged Care andRehabilitation specialities)
* Mental Health (Youth, Adult, Women's, AOD,MBU - mental health specialities)
These rolesare based at Fiona Stanley Hospital, with time at operational sitesin Fremantle Hospital and Cockburn Health as required.
PositionProfile
We areseeking a collaborative and values-driven leader with experienceand expertise in delivering specialised clinical psychology andneuropsychology services to join our team as a Senior ClinicalPsychologist Coordinator (Deputy Head ofDepartment).
Reporting tothe Head of Department, you play a key role in advancing maturityand sustainability of our psychology services, ensuring highquality care that is responsive to demand within and across ourthree clinical streams: Acute & Medi Hotel, Rehabilitation and AgedCare and Mental Health.
This is anexciting opportunity to apply your senior-level capability acrossclinical practice, consultation, supervision, education and servicedevelopment. You will provide clinical leadership to your team andoperational oversight of a clinical service area, whilecontributing to department-wide initiatives across Fiona StanleyHospital Fremantle Hospitals Group. These initiatives focus onconsolidating our strengths, fostering excellence in psychologicalpractice, embedding sustainable and contemporary models of care,expanding innovation, and developing our workforce clinical andleadership capability.
A clinicalcomponent remains part of the role, including opportunities toprovide hands-on clinical care and leave cover whererequired.

We are adedicated and dynamic team of Clinical Psychologists and ClinicalNeuropsychologists working across multiple campuses within theFiona Stanley Fremantle Hospitals Group (FSFHG). We providetertiary inpatient and outpatient specialised psychologicalservices as part of an integrated multidisciplinaryteam.
Our team ofhighly trained and experienced clinicians collaborate to delivercomprehensive, targeted, holistic psychological assessments,formulation and interventions to children, adults and older adults,and their families/carers presenting with complex medical, chronichealth, cognitive, rehabilitation and mental health needs. As partof a multi-disciplinary team of health professionals, we aim todeliver streamlined, high-quality, evidence-informed psychologicalservices to promote engagement with medical treatment, optimiserehabilitation and enhance psychological and mental healthwell-being.
We provideeducation and consultation to the wider hospital teams onpsychological management of complex presentations. As part of ourcommitment to continuous improvement, we actively engage in regularclinical supervision, education, professional development, qualityimprovement and clinical research.
