Based from HMP Chelmsford, you will deliver retail and customer service qualifications to small groups of prison based learners. You will promote an effective and inclusive learning environment, providing support to learners both in a classroom or workshop workplace and on a one-to-one basis.
Requirements
* Level 2 plastering qualification
* Excellent organisational, planning and prioritisation skills coupled with the ability to manage own workload.
* Knowledge and understanding of policies and procedures relating to safeguarding, equality and diversity, health and safety and data protection of all learners.
* Valid DBS.
* 2 qualified references.
