Member Services Administrator Location: Canberra Start Date: 27 January until May 2026 Rate: $36 per hour Working Arrangement: Hybrid after training We're partnering with a fabulous organisation to recruit a Member Services Administrator to support a busy team during a peak period. This role would suit someone who enjoys customer service, administration, and working with data in a structured, service-driven environment. The role Provide day-to-day administrative and customer support to members, ensuring queries are handled efficiently and accurately Respond to member enquiries via phone and email, resolving simple queries and escalating where required Support membership renewals, including accurate data entry and record management Make outbound calls to members to assist with renewal activity Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system Process sales and administration for physical and digital products Handle payments for memberships and product purchases Provide general administrative support to the wider Member Services team, including leave cover as needed Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and confident in dealing with customers and systems. They will bring: Customer service, administration, or member support experience Strong data entry and record-keeping skills Confidence using CRM systems (Salesforce experience highly regarded) Clear communication skills and a professional phone manner Strong time management and adaptability Flexibility to work standard hours of 5 hours per day, 5 days per week (ideally starting 9:00am), with occasional full-time days (7.5 hours) based on workload Willingness to complete initial onboarding and training on-site, with hybrid working after training If this role sounds like it could be fo interest, hit the apply button to find out more!
