Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated restaurant leader to join our fast-paced environment. As a hands-on operations manager, you will oversee daily restaurant activities and work closely with the head chef to deliver exceptional service and food quality.
This is a full-time role involving a 5-day roster, including some weekends, evenings, and public holidays. You will be responsible for managing staff, driving service standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
