At Peoples First Insurance, these natural organizational and leadership qualities translate perfectly into coordinating complex commercial accounts, managing multiple carrier relationships, and ensuring seamless service delivery. We're a relationship-focused agency that's been serving clients since 1906, and we need someone who brings both technical insurance expertise and these essential coordination skills to support our strategic approach.

The Role

Picture yourself as the central coordinator for a book of commercial accounts, where your technical expertise and organizational skills make the difference between good and exceptional service. You'll manage the complex process of new business submissions: coordinating underwriting information, creating marketing submissions, monitoring carrier responses, and ensuring accurate documentation every step of the way. During renewal season, you'll be the strategic planner who thinks 120 days ahead, coordinating with internal teams, managing remarketing processes, and ensuring no detail falls through the cracks. Your day will be filled with meaningful collaboration: working with Producers on market selection, consulting on complex policy modifications, and supporting service team members when they need your expertise. You become the technical backbone that allows our strategic insurance approach to deliver real value to clients.
