You’ll lead and inspire a passionate team to deliver exceptional customer service, promote wine knowledge, and drive wine sales and memberships. You’ll help shape the guest journey from the moment they walk through our doors, creating an engaging and educational experience in one of Victoria’s most picturesque wine destinations.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves people, wine, and hospitality, and thrives in a dynamic, hands-on environment.
